We are currently seeking a professional and personable Corporate Receptionist to join a busy corporate office based in Cork City on a part-time job share basis. This is a contract role until May, offered through a recruitment agency.
As the first point of contact for the business, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
Managing front desk operations and greeting visitors in a professional manner
Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor access
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Providing general administrative support as required
Previous experience in a corporate receptionist or front-of-house role
Polished presentation and excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and office phone systems
Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a job share arrangement
Part-time hours (job share)
Contract until May (potential opportunities after this)
