Job Title: Corporate Account Executive
Location: Dublin (Hybrid / Flexible Office Arrangements)
Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 DOE + Benefits
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Account Executive on behalf of a leading Irish insurance brokerage. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly established commercial team, working alongside senior Account Directors to manage and develop a significant book of corporate business.
This role is ideal for a seasoned commercial insurance professional seeking a move to a firm that offers genuine stability, a clearly defined hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days home), and a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Manage the day-to-day requirements of a corporate client portfolio, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims support.

Client Relationships: Act as a key point of contact, building long-term trust and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Commercial Growth: Identify gaps in cover and opportunities for cross-selling to ensure clients are fully protected.

Operational Support: Collaborate with Account Directors to prepare market submissions and client presentations.

Compliance: Ensure all file management, premium collection, and documentation adheres to strict industry compliance standards.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of experience working specifically in Commercial or Corporate insurance broking.

Qualifications: Full CIP qualification is essential.

Systems Knowledge: Experience with broker software systems (Open GI experience is a distinct advantage).

Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and excellent organizational skills.
