Business Analyst

About the Role
A Business Analyst is required to support a Vendor Tech Enablement team within Global Operations. The role focuses on a large-scale program managing tooling access and permissions for approximately 20,000 contingent workers.
The program is transitioning ownership from a Security function to Global Operations. This role will ensure continuity, operational stability, and effective issue resolution during and after the migration.
This is a highly technical, hands-on role with strong emphasis on troubleshooting, identity and access management (IAM) support, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Permissions & Tooling Support
- Support tooling access and permissions for ~20,000 contingent workers
- Understand internal authentication, identity, and access management frameworks
- Assist with access-related requests during program transition
Technical Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution (Core Focus)
- Triage incoming technical and access-related issues
- Investigate and reproduce issues using logs, system data, and user reports
- Identify root causes and resolve or escalate appropriately
- Document troubleshooting steps and track resolution progress
- Maintain strong independent problem-solving approach
Stakeholder & Program Coordination
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Business, and other technical teams
- Manage stakeholder communication with responsiveness and SLA awareness
- Track requests, dependencies, and deliverables to completion
- Support execution across a medium-scale operational program
Data Analysis & Operational Improvement
- Analyze logs to identify patterns and recurring issues
- Apply data-driven thinking to support triage and decision-making
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements
- Contribute to workflow and operational efficiency enhancements
Program Context
The team operates within Global Operations supporting a large-scale tooling and access program for ~20,000 contingent workers. The program is transitioning from Security ownership, requiring strong operational oversight, issue resolution capability, and cross-functional coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years' experience in business analysis, technical operations, project coordination, or similar roles
- Strong technical troubleshooting and issue resolution experience
- Background in security operations, IAM, or permissions systems
- Ability to analyze logs and identify root causes or patterns
- Experience in cross-functional technical environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scale enterprise/platform environments
- Familiarity with automation or AI productivity tools
- Exposure to IAM, security operations, or enterprise tooling systems
- Experience in complex operational/technical ecosystems
