Morgan McKinley is delighted to be working alongside a global leader in infrastructure engineering seeking a skilled and ambitious Instrumentation and Controls Engineer with exposure to working on contruction or industrial sites.
You will be joining their expanding team, supporting projects within the water and utilities sector. This role offers an excellent package, genuine career development, and the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects across Ireland.
Installation, calibration, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems.
Fault finding and troubleshooting on PLCs, HMIs, and control panels.
Working on process control systems within industrial or utility environments.
Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with technical specifications.
Ensuring all works are completed in line with electrical and safety standards.
Fully Qualified Electrician - National Craft Certificate (Electrical and/or Instrumentation) is essential.
Minimum 5 years' electrical experience in a process commissioning role.
PLC & HMI programming experience highly desirable.
Experience in the water industry or process environments a distinct advantage.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a proactive, safety-first mindset.
