About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable professional to join a dynamic luxury retail distribution company located in Park West, Dublin. This role supports the EMEA market by managing payment allocation, resolving account‑related queries, and handling invoices whilst working within a four-person finance team.
Seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual who is keen to develop new skills and contribute to a rapidly expanding global organisation. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Produce a large volume of customer invoices daily.
- Match payments to the correct accounts.
- Conduct follow‑ups on delinquent accounts to secure payment.
- Support credit card payment processing.
- Contribute to the establishment of new customer accounts.
- Post and verify all daily deposit.
- Perform daily reviews of accounts placed on credit hold.
- Issue monthly statements for Accounts Receivable.
- Attend the weekly AR coordination call.
What You'll Need:
- 1-4-year experience relevant Accounts Receivable/Credit Control experience.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Background in a global retail or fashion environment advantageous.
- Exposure to multi currencies beneficial.
- NetSuite advantageous
