Our client, a market leader in occupational health services, is seeking an experienced and strategic Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a client-facing, revenue-focused role where you'll be responsible for deepening relationships, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a portfolio of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations.
- Identify and convert opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and responsive service delivery.
- Monitor industry and client developments to proactively shape account strategies.
- Use CRM tools to track activity, manage pipelines, and maintain up-to-date client communication records.
- Regularly report on performance, KPIs, and forecasts to both internal leadership and clients.
- Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal departments.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align account plans with wider commercial strategy.
Experience required:
- 5+ years of account management experience, preferably within healthcare or occupational health.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in large organisations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel to client locations as required.
- A clinical or nursing qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
