THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to our Group Chief Commercial Officer, we are recruiting for a circa one-year fixed term maternity cover into the role of ‘Head of Revenue Enablement and Knowledge Management’. This role is part of our growth and revenue operations team, which is led by our Group Chief Commercial Officer. The growth and revenue operations team are responsible for growth marketing, strategic account management, corporate strategy and revenue enablement, which is the key pillar of this role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
This is a role with a high degree of variety. There is no ‘standard week’. Instead, you will be working on a number of projects to build ongoing innovations and improvements in our ability to grow and retain our customers. These will typically include:
- Partnering with service line and sales leaders to ensure our growth and revenue operations strategy is matching business needs.
- Designing, agreeing and implementing new growth processes, tools and approaches.
- Identifying data trends and seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Using data to help us predict future sales outcomes, trends and ROI.
- Documenting information and knowledge so it’s repeatable and scalable.
- Training team members on best practice approaches, tools and workflows.
- Most critically, you’ll have a hunger to make improvements, an ability to make decisions analytically and will thrive in an environment where you will be solving one problem after another without ever giving up.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable experience or evidence of the skills required in a revenue enablement / sales enablement / sales ops / revenues ops type role.
- Evidence of working in a systematic way to use data, identify opportunities, design solutions and ensure implementation and adoption amongst stakeholders.
- Experience working in a multi service line / brand, B2B business where the contract value can range from a ‘few thousand’ to ‘multi-million’.
- Deep knowledge of sales and revenue best practice processes, tooling and technologies.
- Comfort in converting tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge through authoring and implementing sales playbooks, operations manuals and training materials.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce through the revenue cycle.
