Talent Acquisition Specilaist - Contract role

Exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the medical/healthcare sector to join a dynamic organisation as they embark on their growth journey. This role will support the wider TA function with high-volume, end-to-end recruitment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for all assigned roles including advertising roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, candidate feedback, issuing contracts and onboarding
• Lead the recruitment strategy, delivering best practice in identifying and pipelining key talent
• Engage with local Colleges/Universities to support college placements
• Act as a TA Partner to hiring managers, advising on key talent and market updates.
• Deliver first class candidate experience at all times
• Deliver weekly/monthly metrics and reports
• Manage 3rd party agencies as required

Experience required:

• Third level degree qualified with min 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent key stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in a medical/healthcare environment preferred. Workday experience desirable.
