Exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the medical/healthcare sector to join a dynamic organisation as they embark on their growth journey. This role will support the wider TA function with high-volume, end-to-end recruitment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for all assigned roles including advertising roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, candidate feedback, issuing contracts and onboarding
- Lead the recruitment strategy, delivering best practice in identifying and pipelining key talent
- Engage with local Colleges/Universities to support college placements
- Act as a TA Partner to hiring managers, advising on key talent and market updates.
- Deliver first class candidate experience at all times
- Deliver weekly/monthly metrics and reports
- Manage 3rd party agencies as required
Experience required:
- Third level degree qualified with min 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent key stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in a medical/healthcare environment preferred. Workday experience desirable.
