Role Overview:
The successful candidate will support the day to day running and continued growth of Morgan McKinley Health’s contingent healthcare desk. The position will involve sourcing high quality healthcare professionals, managing them through the compliance process, and coordinating their shifts once cleared for work. The role is centred on candidates, with the majority of time dedicated to supporting and managing them throughout their journey.
Role Responsibilities:
- Source and engage candidates through advertising, active search, and professional networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the quality standards.
- Manage the end to end compliance process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and ongoing support.
- Oversee a pool of compliant candidates, coordinating shift bookings with clients.
- Keep all candidate and shift information accurate and up to date in the ATS and tracking systems.
- Work towards agreed KPIs and service levels with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of one year’s recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or a fast paced, high volume recruitment setting.
- A self starter who is proactive, takes initiative, and can manage their own workload effectively.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Confident and professional on the phone, with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work well under pressure and respond to changing priorities.
- Committed to providing a high quality service to candidates, with some client interaction for shift coordination and scheduling.
