Receptionist
We are currently recruiting for a experienced Receptionsit. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing high-quality administrative support.
Details of this role:
Duration - 12 weeks to begin with
Pay rate: €15ph
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and creating a positive first impression
- Answering and directing phone calls and email enquiries
- Managing meeting room bookings and office calendars
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintaining reception and common areas to a professional standard
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Data entry, filing, and document management
- Assisting with office coordination and general administration tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Previous reception or administration experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence using MS Office and office systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
