Talent Acquisition Specialist - (Fluent Japanese - English)

Exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fluent Japanese/English) required for a global organisation, based in Cork. This role offers excellent hybrid working conditions.

This position will support the wider TA team, as they embark on their growth journey globally.

Key accountabilities include:

Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for the assigned business divisions.

Build the Employer Brand in the market, attracting key talent for future opportunities.

Providing market updates and trends on talent available in the market, particularly for niche roles.

Supporting hiring managers with current and future requirements.

Providing metrics and reporting as required.

Experience required:

The ideal candidate will have 3 -5 years recruitment experience.

Fluency in Japanese and English is mandatory.
