Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist - Contract role

Exciting new opportunity for a TA Sourcing Specialist specialising in manufacturing required for a global organisation, based in Cork.

This position will support the wider TA team, specialising in the front end of the recruitment process, pipelining key talent for the organisation.

Key accountabilities include:

• Pipelining suitable candidates across all levels of the organization utilizing key platforms including LinkedIn, Jobs Boards, deep sourcing, CRM platforms.
• Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Build the Employer Brand in the market, attracting key talent for future opportunities.
• Providing market updates and trends on talent available in the market, particularly for niche roles.
• Providing metrics and reporting as required.

Experience required:

• The ideal candidate will have 5 years recruitment experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• A keen interest in sourcing is required in order to be successful in the role.
