Supply Chain Manager

We are currently working with our client, a high-performance engineering organisation, to recruit an experienced Supply Chain Manager. The Role
The Supply Chain Manager will lead Planning, Purchasing, Supplier Development, Customer Service and Logistics, ensuring customer and business commitments are met. This role is responsible for resource planning, performance management and continuous improvement within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance and global supply chain partners, the role supports the on-time delivery of made-to-order products using lean and data-driven processes.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years' experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment

• Qualification and experience in Supply Chain, Planning or Logistics

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• ERP experience (SAP an advantage)

• Lean, compliance or supplier management experience is a plus
