My client is looking for a Senior Transformation Program Manager - (Finance) - to join their organisation in Cork. This is a permanent role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver global finance transformation projects focused on process improvement and automation
- Partner with accounting and business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end, including planning, prioritisation, execution, and delivery using Agile and/or traditional methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Compliance) to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements
- Drive standardisation and automation of finance processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of financial close
- Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
Key Skills and Experience
- Strong program/project management experience, ideally across large, complex, global environments
- Background working with finance or accounting teams, with an understanding of financial processes
- Proven experience delivering process improvement and automation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Experience working with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
