My client is looking for a Senior Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join their organisation in Cork. This is a permanent role.
Key Skills and Experience
- Minimum 8 years' experience delivering AI, data, and analytics solutions within pharmaceutical or life sciences supply chain environments.
- Strong expertise in supply chain functions including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, manufacturing, and planning.
- Proven experience leading enterprise AI and data transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance, and quality standards within highly regulated industries.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies, cloud data platforms, predictive analytics, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of AI and data initiatives across global supply chain operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through advanced analytics, automation, and predictive modelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across supply chain, IT, quality, and commercial functions to deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive data governance, data quality, and compliance initiatives aligned with pharmaceutical and life sciences standards.
- Manage internal teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation programs.
- Provide strategic leadership on emerging AI technologies and support long-term digital transformation objectives across the organization.
