We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Packaging Production & Localization Specialist to join our clients team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of packaging projects, ensuring high-quality execution from design layout through to prepress production.

Key Responsibilities
Independent Execution

Project Management: Independently manage a wide variety of projects within the packaging group, taking ownership of tasks and pivoting priorities as needed to meet tight deadlines.

Routine Excellence: Maintain focus and accuracy when handling repetitive design, layout, and compliance tasks.

Global Communication: Effectively communicate and coordinate with teams across different time zones.
Collaborative Problem Solving

Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner closely with internal and external teams to problem-solve, keep projects moving efficiently, and hit critical launch dates.

Brand Alignment: Review design mark-ups and ensure all output strictly aligns with established brand guidelines.
Key Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following minimum skills and experience:

Localization & Layout: Proven expertise in localization processes and designing packaging layouts.

Compliance & Regionalization: Strong experience navigating regionalization, compliance requirements, and legal/regulatory standards.

Prepress & Printing: Deep technical expertise in prepress production and an in-depth understanding of various printing processes.

Software Proficiency: Advanced, hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).

Adaptability: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines within short time frames.

Collaborative Spirit: A team-oriented mindset with the ability to build seamless partnerships across multiple business units.
Preferred Qualifications

Certification: Polygraphe certificate or equivalent qualification.
