Role Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients in Limerick. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technology and business functions, driving process automation, system improvements, and data insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration & Governance: Manage user access, maintain system integrity, and ensure robust governance across all enterprise software and data platforms.
- End-User Support: Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional tech and process support, troubleshooting issues, and identifying areas for corrective action.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement automation initiatives.
- Vendor & Consultant Management: Partner with third-party software developers and consultants to resolve technical issues and successfully roll out system updates.
- Data & Reporting: Interpret company-wide data needs to build out reporting capabilities, helping management make data-driven decisions.
- Training & Change Management: Design, update, and deliver user guides, training materials, and documentation to support smooth technology adoption.
Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Relevant degree or professional qualification.
- Tech Stack: Strong experience with major ERP or Enterprise technology solutions (Microsoft Business Central or similar large-scale systems preferred).
- Data Tools: Hands-on exposure to data and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI).
- Process Mapping: Proven track record in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and developing business improvement scenarios.
- Communication: Fluency in English with strong stakeholder management skills and a background in end-user support/customer service.
