Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for finance and administration? We're looking for an experienced Accounts & Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day financial operations and provide essential administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with financial reporting.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, revenues, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Assist with audits and compliance tasks.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and filing systems.
- Support general office functions across departments.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience working in Finance - Across AP, AR and Month end.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
