Financial Accountant - Cork - Permanent - Hybrid

Morgan McKinley are delighted to be working with a leading wholesaler on the search for a Financial Accountant to join their dynamic team.

In this role you will part of a team of financial accountants based in Cork working closely with the Financial Controller. The ideal professional will be a qualified accountant with 3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day financial operations.

· Ensure timely monthly close of GL and sub-ledger.

· Contribute to the completion of the financial month-end close, including management accounts, balance sheet control, reconciliation, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.

· Assist with auditor queries.

· Support the Financial Controller.

Requirements:

· Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CPA/CIMA).

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· A team player with an ability to work independently.

· Strong Excel skills.
