Job Opportunity: Maintenance/Purchasing Co-ordinator Cork
We are seeking a Maintenance Stores / Purchasing Co-ordinator to join our clients busy site team in Cork. This role supports the Maintenance Department by managing procurement and stock control of mechanical, electrical, and consumable goods.
Key Responsibilities:

Source and order maintenance-related goods and materials

Build supplier relationships and negotiate pricing

Create and process purchase orders using PEMAC software

Coordinate with maintenance and production teams

Manage deliveries, stock control, and inventory systems

Maintain accurate purchasing and stores records

Uphold health and safety standards
Requirements:

Strong communication and organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience in procurement or stores coordination

PEMAC system experience (preferred)

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
