Position Overview
This Sourcing Manager position will focus on ensuring ethical and sustainable sourcing of essential oils across a portfolio of long-term oil supply partners in Europe in line with doTERRA's Cō-Impact Sourcing principles, while actively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
· Develop deep expertise in the supply chains within European and adjacent portfolio.
· Identify opportunities for improvement within supply chains and collaborate with partners to implement solutions.
· Manage long-term relationships with oil supply partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all communications.
· Collaborate with the procurement team to create, optimize, and implement budgets and purchasing strategies.
· Oversee contract development and negotiations, as well as budget management and cost-optimization initiatives.
· Conduct market research and analysis to develop strategic sourcing strategies.
· Design and implement strategic diversification plans to ensure ethical and sustainable global supply.
· Support the Sourcing Compliance Team with due diligence efforts, including Cō-Impact Sourcing evaluations and third-party verifications and audits.
· Assist the R&D and product development teams in planning and launching new products.
· Prepare and share accurate supply chain information for marketing and communication purposes.
· Partner with oil suppliers, the Healing Hands Foundation, and other stakeholders to design, execute and verify philanthropic projects in sourcing regions.
· Organize and lead sourcing experience visits for doTERRA Wellness Advocates in collaboration with oil supply partners.
· Represent and present at dōTERRA corporate events as needed.
· Serve as a key liaison between the global sourcing team and dōTERRA Europe offices.
· Special project management when required.
· This position requires up to 25% travel time to conduct regular supply chain visits, host events in sourcing areas and participate in dōTERRA corporate events.

Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in relevant field
· Master's degree a plus
· 3-5 years' experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related field
· Knowledge and experience in essential oil industry market
· Fluent in English and at least 1 other European language
· Ability to travel
