Morgan McKinley is partnering with a confidential client in the manufacturing and logistics sector, currently seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their high-performing operations team on a permanent basis. This role is a 4 on/4 off shift rotating into weekends. There is a strong shift premium paid for the role and no night shifts involved.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently handle all inbound and outbound goods

Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) in accordance with training and procedures

Perform goods receiving, recording, put-away, and inventory management duties

Ensure high standards of safety, housekeeping, and organisation within the warehouse

Complete accurate documentation and routine quality checks

Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational processes

Support training and onboarding of new warehouse staff

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow
Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse operative role (essential)

Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

MHE license/experience (e.g. forklift, pallet truck, narrow aisle machine) is a strong advantage

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
