Due to continued growth and expansion, an established multinational organisation in Cork is seeking a Project Administrator to support some key projects across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working with systems, processes, and people. While a contract for an initial 12 months, there is strong possibility that this will be extended.

The Role
As Project Administrator, you will play a central role in keeping projects running smoothly by providing structured, reliable administrative support. You'll work closely with project leads and cross-functional teams, ensuring information is accurate, timelines are tracked, and processes are followed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across multiple projects
- Maintaining project documentation, trackers, and records
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking clear, concise minutes
- Updating systems with project data, progress updates, and documentation
- Supporting reporting activities and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Acting as a key point of contact for queries and follow-ups
- Helping to improve administrative processes as the organisation continues to grow
You will ideally bring:
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence using systems such as MS Office, Excel, SAP or similar ERP, and internal databases or platforms
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Clear communication skills and a professional, collaborative style
- A proactive mindset and willingness to adapt in a growing organisation
