Contract role, 3 days a week onsite in Cork City
We are currently recruiting a Project Administrator on behalf of a client to support the regional deployment of a portfolio of next-generation products across multiple markets. This role will support complex, multi-year product rollouts and play a key role in maintaining delivery plans, improving visibility, and ensuring data accuracy across programmes.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to manage plans within a project management platform, helping to create a single source of truth for product deployment activity across regions, partners, and timelines.
Build, maintain, and optimise project structures within a project management platform, ensuring consistency and clarity across initiatives
Act as a subject matter expert on project management tools and processes, establishing best practices and supporting adoption across teams
Monitor programme data health, identifying gaps, risks, or outdated information and following up with task owners to drive completion
Create and maintain dashboards and reporting views for leadership and stakeholders, tailored by region, timeline, product, feature, or partner
Support programme communications by preparing stakeholder-facing updates and sharing relevant programme data
Analyse programme data to identify insights that support improved planning and decision-making
Provide administrative and coordination support for specific projects, including documentation and tracking
Experience using project management tools (e.g. enterprise project planning or work management platforms)
Strong understanding of project management methods and artefacts, including timelines, Gantt charts, Kanban boards, dashboards, and calendars
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and support resolution
