Patient Liaison & Front of House Administrator
Walking into a healthcare clinic can feel daunting. A reassuring welcome, a calm voice on the phone, or simply knowing that someone is taking care of the details can make all the difference.
That's where you come in.
We're looking for a Patient Liaison & Front of House Administrator to join our growing private healthcare clinic someone who is naturally warm, exceptionally organised and genuinely enjoys looking after people.
This isn't your typical reception position.
You'll become a familiar and trusted point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their journey with us and making sure every detail is taken care of along the way.
No two days will be quite the same.
One moment you might be welcoming a patient into the clinic; the next, you could be coordinating an appointment, speaking with a GP, preparing information for a consultant or liaising with a hospital.
You'll be the person making sure the pieces fit together.
You'll:
We're less interested in a perfect list of qualifications and more interested in who you are and how you make people feel.
You might come from a healthcare, reception, administration, hospitality or customer service background. What matters most is that you're:
You'll also be comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, confident picking up new systems and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous healthcare experience would be a bonus, but it isn't essential.
The person in this role will have a genuine impact on the experience our patients have with us.
You'll help set the tone when someone first contacts the clinic. You'll make sure they know what's happening, that the details are taken care of and that they feel supported throughout their journey.
If you take pride in doing things properly, enjoy being the person others can rely on and want to work somewhere where excellent patient experience really matters, we'd love to hear from you.
Please note: You must have access to your own transport, as there are no suitable public transport links to the clinic.
