Part-Time Administrator - Immediate Start
Location: Cork City
Rate: €17.04 - €19 per hour
Hours: 17.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, mornings only)
Duration: 3-week contract (with potential to extend)
Are you a Gaeilgeoir or do you have a cúpla focail in Irish? We'd love to hear from you! We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator to support a busy reception desk in Cork city. This position is for an immediate start, initially for 3 weeks, with the potential to be extended.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the reception desk and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Meeting and greeting parents and members of the public in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls as appropriate
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, post, documents)
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinating appointments and managing diaries as required
- Supporting senior staff with general administrative and clerical tasks
- Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times
