    A leading global organization is seeking an Order to Cash (OTC) Financial Specialist II to join their Global Finance Services (GFS) team in Cork. Reporting to the OTC Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate cash application and maintaining customer master data across multiple international markets.     Key Responsibilities

    • Operational Execution: Perform cash application, customer master data maintenance, and manual transaction adjustments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

    • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME for Master Data Governance (MDG) processes and support customer creation and amendment workflows.

    • Project Management: Lead OTC-related projects, including system enhancements and process automation.

    • Technical Liaison: Represent the OTC department in IT discussions to ensure alignment with business requirements and timely ticket resolution.

    • Systems & Deployment: Coordinate the testing and deployment of new functionalities within SAP and related financial systems.

    • Regional Operations: Support multiple legal entities across the ACE region to ensure smooth financial operations.

    • Compliance: Maintain full compliance with SOX requirements, SPA agreements, and internal policies.

    • Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and use analytical tools to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.

    • Audit & Support: Provide documentation for internal and external audits and assist the manager with strategic initiatives.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business.

    • Professional Experience: 4-5 years experience in Accounts Receivable or Order to Cash, ideally within a Shared Service Centre environment.

    • Industry Background: Experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment; background in biotech/pharma is a bonus.

    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP.

    • Analytical Tools: Familiarity with AI and process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and the ability to use data insights for automation.

    • Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

    • Problem Solving: Quick, pragmatic thinker able to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
