PTP Analyst - Master Data Governance

New opportunity within a leading Multinational in Cork for a PTP Analyst with experience working in Master Data Governance. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality vendor data in SAP, ensuring compliance, and supporting global stakeholders across the PTP process.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and govern supplier master data in SAP in line with policies and SOX controls
• Manage supplier-related requests through the ticketing system, meeting SLAs
• Support SAP and SAP Ariba processes and drive adoption of self-service models
• Collaborate with global Finance, RTR, and cross-functional teams
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working in Finance - ideally PTP
• Experience working in a multinational or global finance/shared services environment
• Strong experience in Master Data Governance (Vendor/Supplier Data)
• Good knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA preferred); SAP Ariba experience an advantage
• Understanding of internal controls and compliance (e.g., SOX)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
