As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating office activities and maintaining an organised and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries
- Meet and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required
- Organise and maintain electronic and paper-based filing systems
- Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments and internal meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations and correspondence
- Order and maintain office supplies and stationery
- Liaise with internal teams, clients and external suppliers
- Assist with travel arrangements, bookings and general administration
- Support meetings, events and office activities
- Process invoices, expenses and purchase orders as required
- Monitor office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Maintain a tidy, organised and professional office environment
- Assist with facilities and workplace-related administration
- Support new starter and leaver administration where required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, professional and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in office administration, administration, reception or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A professional and approachable manner
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting the wider team
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information sensitively
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on new tasks
