We are looking for a highly organised, professional and personable Front of House & Property Administrator to join our clients busy head office in Ballincollig.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, combining front-of-house responsibilities with property administration and client support. You will be one of the first points of contact for clients, tenants and visitors, so excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly approach are essential.
Experience within the property sector would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We are equally interested in candidates with strong office administration or client-facing experience who are keen to develop their career within the property industry.
Location: Ballincollig, Co. Cork
Salary: €35,000-€40,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:00pm
Working Arrangement: Fully onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, visitors and colleagues.
- Manage busy phone lines and respond to enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
- Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service.
- Manage emails and respond to tenant and client queries promptly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, viewings, valuations and other property-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Support the wider team with day-to-day property administration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants and colleagues.
- Assist with reporting and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Use relevant systems and software to ensure information is kept up to date.
- Manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
- Take on new responsibilities and develop your knowledge of the property sector as required.
