We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Data Administrator to join our team.This is a hybrid role based in Cork City suburbs, and is ideal for someone with strong administration experience, solid data handling skills, and confidence working with strict SLA's.
You'll be supporting business operations that involve data, company divisions and support functions so good numeracy skills, accuracy, and Excel proficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review incoming documentation in various formats, ensuring accuracy by cross-checking expected vs. actual terms.
- Use internal systems to upload, track and manage data effectively.
- Respond to standard queries using templates, tailoring communications as needed.
- Follow established SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Support machine learning and automation initiatives by performing routine but essential data tasks.
- Assist in reviewing documents across multiple functions- attention to detail and good numeracy skills are essential.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support wider business functions.
About You:
- Strong administrative background with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable working with data and input values - ideally with exposure to excel.
- Proficient in Excel and confident using multiple systems.
- Able to follow structured processes while also adapting to evolving workflows.
- Organised, methodical, and dependable - thrives in a transactional but meaningful support role.
- Available to start in early October.
