An opportunity has risen for an Maintenance Manager to join a global leader within the food & beverage sector.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance of both production equipment and factory infrastructure
and the different utilities on site in conjunction with the Head of Maintenance Manager as well as leading and
developing the Maintenance team on both functional and individual development perspective to create a high performing team.

Department: Engineering and Maintenance
Weekly Hours: 39 Hours (Monday - Friday) plus additional hours as required
Reports To: Head of Maintenance
Main Duties:
Manage Process Reliability & Capability-
- Manage process capability across all manufacturing lines.
- Develop process controls to monitor and ensure process stability.
- Deliver products that consistently meet customer specifications
Manage Maintenance-
- Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual plant maintenance activities - predictive, preventative, autonomous & corrective in line with plans developed by the Head of Maintenance
- Build and monitor the yearly factory maintenance and energy budget in conjunction with the Head of Maintenance
Main KPIs:
- Lead and develop a team of skilled maintenance personnel.
- Optimize Performance Reliability (PR) while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Manage safety KPIs for internal team members and external contractors.
- Track and execute preventative maintenance schedules against the master plan.
- Control maintenance execution costs to align with the yearly budget.
- Oversee spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
