Junior Quantity Surveyor - Cork City (Consultancy)

Salary: Up to €55,000 (DOE) plus pension, performance bonus and mentorship leading to Chartered status

Experience: 2-4 years (Ireland)

A leading construction and engineering consultancy with a well-established office in Cork City is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. What You'll Be Involved In:

• Assisting with cost planning, estimating, and budget management
• Preparing bills of quantities and tender documentation
• Supporting senior QS staff with project management and contract administration
• Conducting site visits and progress assessments
• Liaising with contractors, clients, and design teams
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years' Quantity Surveying experience within the Irish construction industry
• Relevant third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confident communication and an eagerness to develop professionally
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
