About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about helping people and making a real difference to customers' lives. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our health insurance customers, providing clear, empathetic and accurate support when they need it most.
This is a hybrid position based in Cork, offering the flexibility to work from home alongside time in a collaborative, supportive office environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service via phone, email and digital channels
- Supporting customers with health insurance queries, policy information and claims guidance
- Explaining products and benefits in a clear, confident and friendly manner
- Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Accurately updating customer records and following data protection guidelines
- Working collaboratively with your team to continuously improve the customer experience
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping others
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new technologies
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential - full training is provided
