ERP Project Manager - Business Central

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Microsoft Business Central / BPC ERP implementation. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who can come in quickly, take ownership of the programme, and drive it through key milestones and go-live.

The ERP system is Business Central, however candidates with strong ERP delivery experience on other platforms will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the ERP programme from planning through go-live
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets
• Lead and coordinate internal business teams, IT, and external ERP vendors
• Drive decision-making and maintain momentum across the programme
• Ensure strong alignment between business processes and ERP capability
• Oversee testing phases, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
• Provide clear status reporting to senior stakeholders

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering ERP implementations as a Project Manager
• Exposure to Microsoft Business Central, BPC, or similar ERP platforms
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
• Experience working with external implementation partners
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, delivery-critical environments

Desirable Experience

• Microsoft ecosystem experience
• Multi-site or international ERP rollouts
• Manufacturing, finance, or complex operational environments
