Job Overview
As a Senior Engineer on the Platform Team, you will develop scalable backend systems capable of processing high-resolution data with sub-second response times. This is a backend-heavy role within a modern full-stack environment.
Responsibilities

Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of features across a distributed platform.

Performance: Optimize the tech stack for maximum speed and data processing scalability.

Code Quality: Maintain clean, efficient code and participate in high-standard peer reviews.

Reliability: Collaborate with SRE and DevOps teams to manage deployments in an AWS environment.

Agile: Work within an Agile framework to deliver high-quality, real-time software solutions.
Requirements
Core Tech Stack:

Experience: 5+ years in professional full-stack or backend development.

Languages: High proficiency in TypeScript & JavaScript (specifically NestJS).

Data: Experience with Graph databases (Neo4J) and GraphQL.

Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Architecture: Strong understanding of Microservices and RESTful API design.

CI/CD: Proficiency with GitLab for code management and automation.
Desirable Extras:

Infrastructure: Terraform, CloudFormation, EKS, RDS, or S3.

Observability: OpenTelemetry and Grafana.
