    Location: Little Island, Co. Cork (Hybrid Working)
    Salary: €28,500 annual salary (Salary review after 12 months of service)
    Working Hours: Monday to Friday
    A long time and highly reputable client of ours in the Healthcare Insurance Industry is currently seeking Customer Care Administrator's to join their constantly growing team based in Little Island. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in and enjoys;

    Role Summary
    As a Customer Care Administrator with this company, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to their existing, new and prospective members.
    Responsibilities:

    • Handling a high volume of customer queries via phone and email in a professional and empathetic manner
    • Processing policy documentation, updates, and general administration accurately
    • Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
    • Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring data protection compliance while doing so

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Previous experience in customer service or administration (healthcare or insurance experience is an advantage, but not essential)
    • Proven strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable working with systems and MS Office applications
    • A positive, professional attitude with a customer-first approach
