    The Opportunity:

    Our client is looking for a Customer Excellence & Technical Solutions Specialist to join their Cork-based hub. This role is the essential link between life-changing medical products and the healthcare professionals or patients who use them.

    You will combine scientific literacy with technical expertise to provide high-quality, compliant medical information across multiple digital and traditional channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Expert Inquiry Management: Provide accurate, non-promotional medical and technical information to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and patients in German and English.
    • Technical Authority: Act as the primary expert for medical devices and software solutions, troubleshooting complex user queries.
    • Compliance & Safety: Identify and document Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) in strict accordance with regulatory guidelines.
    • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions within global databases, following Good Documentation Practices.
    • Operational Excellence: Contribute to project teams for system testing, process optimization, and the successful launch of new medical products in the EU market.

    Candidate Profile

    • Education: Degree or Diploma in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Nutrition, or a related field. (Equivalent experience as a Medical Technical Assistant or in Pharmaceutical Sales will be considered).
    • Languages: Native-level or fluent German and professional fluency in English.
    • Skills: Exceptional active listening, empathy, and the ability to explain complex technical/scientific data clearly.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in database management and document management systems.
    • Experience: Previous experience in a multinational environment, medical affairs, or a clinical contact center is highly preferred.
