Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on CRM Product Owner / Consultant to own, configure, and evolve a Dynamics Sales platform within a growing organisation. This role combines product ownership with practical system involvement, working directly in the CRM to configure functionality, support users, and drive continuous improvement.
The CRM forms part of a wider Microsoft enterprise systems landscape, and this role will work closely with sales, commercial teams, IT, and external partners to ensure the system is fully aligned to business processes and delivering tangible value.
Candidates with strong Salesforce experience who are comfortable being hands-on and transferring their skills to Dynamics are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for the CRM platform while remaining hands-on in the system
- Own and manage the CRM roadmap, backlog, and functional priorities
- Configure and maintain CRM functionality (entities, workflows, fields, views, dashboards)
- Work directly with sales stakeholders to understand processes and pain points
- Translate business needs into user stories and system configurations
- Drive CRM adoption through training, support, and continuous optimisation
- Support integrations with other enterprise systems where required
- Collaborate with IT teams and third-party vendors on enhancements and releases
- Support testing, deployments, and change activities
Required Experience
- 5-8 years experience in CRM Product Owner / Consultant / Lead BA roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM or Salesforce
- Comfortable configuring CRM systems rather than purely managing delivery
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM data models
- Excellent stakeholder-facing and communication skills

- Dynamics Sales experience
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Exposure to ERP or wider enterprise system integrations
