Position Summary
Work as part of a manufacturing team responsible for the efficient assembly and processing of finished goods, while consistently adhering to established quality standards within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility

Comply with all procedures and requirements related to quality standards.

Assemble complex components and products in accordance with established production processes, specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions (WIs).

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team-based projects.

Ensure all activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Read and accurately interpret technical drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

Perform in-process and final quality checks to ensure products meet company quality requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment, following cleanroom protocols where applicable.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues as they arise, escalating when necessary.

Demonstrate flexibility by working extended or variable hours to meet production demands.

Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining strict compliance with procedures and standards.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

Minimum requirement of a Leaving Certificate or equivalent experience within a GMP-regulated environment.

Previous experience in a production or assembly role is desirable.

Experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage.

Familiarity with production environments operating under GDP and cleanroom conditions.

Ability to read and understand operating procedures, technical documentation, and drawings.

Strong team-oriented mindset with a willingness to promote collaboration.

Willingness and ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

Manual dexterity and attention to detail necessary to perform assembly tasks effectively.

Ability to professionally report operational issues to the Operations Manager.
