Main Responsibilities
- Processing customer and supplier invoices
- Generating supplier payment runs
- Liaising with customers to resolve any issues
- Credit Control
- Processing all payments
- Bank lodgements
- Monthly bank account reconciliation
- Credit Card reconciliation
- Preparation of bi-monthly VAT returns
- Processing Vies/Intrastat
- Assist with processing monthly journals on system
- Maintain multicurrency exchange rates
- Maintain accurate filing system
- Liaison with auditors and preparation of files for auditors
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Have excellent organisational skills to maintain tight deadlines
- Positive attitude
- Be able to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
- Adaptable with strong attention to detail
