Exciting new opportunity for a Benefits Administration Analyst to join a leading global organisation based in Cork. This is an ideal role for someone with HR/Benefits administration experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own & support the administration for new & existing Benefits and leave within EMEA countries.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding the administration of benefits. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Collaborate with International Benefits Team to become an expert on the EMEA wide benefits offered.
- Review current processes and identify areas for efficiencies and improvements.
- Develop excellent working relationships with our many, varied internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in navigating systems to expedite employee queries within the agreed SLA.
- Reporting on and reconciliation of benefits data, as appropriate.
- Keep up to date on all changes to the benefits environment in EMEA, cascading as appropriate.
- Collaborate effectively with our business partners to ensure optimum solutions are implemented for Benefits Administration.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous People(HR) and Benefits experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly develop strong working relationships with business partners.
- A high level of independence as demonstrated through clear problem-solving skills, effective process evaluation, strong team and business relationship building, and delivery of high quality work.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced high-volume environment and prioritise multiple and competing priorities.
- A level of competence in Excel.
- Fluency in a European Language (French, German, Italian or Spanish in particular) is preferred.
