Morgan McKinley is partnering with a large, established manufacturing organisation that is expanding its finance team. This is a broad commercial finance role within a growing business, focused on financial control, project oversight, and supporting wider business integration activities.
The position spans multiple areas of the organisation, including project financial management, performance tracking, and driving consistency across reporting and processes. You will partner closely with key stakeholders to support decision-making and ensure strong financial governance. The role reports directly to the CFO.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CFA) ideally achieved
- 5+ years' experience in project, commercial or management accounting within manufacturing or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of financial controls and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is advantageous
- Exposure to mergers / acquisitions is highly desirable
