Job Description
Our client is seeking a Branch Manager to join their team in Wicklow.
Position: Branch Manager
Location: Ashford, Wicklow
Reporting to: Area Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to exceed annual operating profit.
- Manage branch within annual budgets.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, provide exceptional service.
- Increase sales across all product ranges in Agri and Retail.
- Manage day-to-day operations, people, and costs.
- Ensure efficient and timely stock management.
- Maintain highest retail standards in branch presentation.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including local advisory committees.
- Adhere to policies, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Agriculture or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of all Agri sectors.
- Understanding of retail standards and interest in this area.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, including SAP, EPOS, and Microsoft Office.
Skills:
- Ability to multitask and consistently deliver high-quality work in a busy environment.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, prioritizing.
- Friendly, outgoing personality, excellent customer service, and ambition to exceed customer expectations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team.
