Job Description

A permanent and long term opportunity for a Manufacturing Systems Analyst looking to join a Pharmaceutical company taking their ERP and MES systems to the next level.

We've partnered with a Pharmaceutical Company based in the midlands, in their search for an experienced Manufacturing Systems Analyst who will lead the ongoing buildout of a number of applications to support the manufacturing, quality and supply chain processes on site.

The successful candidate will be tasked with translating the Manufacturing and Supply chain business requirements into strong IT solutions, all the whole compliant with GMP and regulatory expectations, so prior experience in a Pharmaceutical environment is a prerequisite.

The sweet spot in joining this organisation is that they are on the cusp of introducing a new ERP system next year, while at business level their volumes are ramping up and as production levels scale so too does the systems environment you'll work within.

This is a Senior position, candidates will need at least 10 years experience, prior experience in a pharma manufacturing environment, with 5 years spent supporting ERP and MES applications.

You'll require knowledge of Global Serialization requirements and experience in implementing into packaging lines, understanding the variances across the European landscape.

While you will operate as part of a Global team and get ongoing support, success will require a can do self starter attitude, the ability to build strong relationships and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Our client will interview suitable candidates for this position this week so please get in touch with Lisa Lawlor for more information now. This position offers a hybrid model of working where key deliverables are achieved day to day, a strong base salary and a benefits package that includes bonus, pension, Health insurance and stock options among many others.
