Job Title: Business Support Coordinator
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term
Salary: 32 -35K DOE
Overview:
We are seeking a professional and personable Business Support Coordinator to join a busy and dynamic support team. This role is key in creating a positive first impression for visitors and acting as a central point of contact for both internal staff and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be organised, approachable, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in supporting others and contributing across different areas of the business. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm and professional under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and supporting employees
- Manage incoming calls and direct queries appropriately
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when required
- Ensure office supplies are maintained and well stocked
- Handle general office queries and provide support where needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front of house or administrative role is beneficial
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- The ideal candidate will be available immediately or within 1 weeks notice
