Role: Senior Retailer Executive

Our client is looking for a Senior Retailer Executive to support and optimise a growing national retail network, playing a key role in improving operational performance, strengthening compliance, and delivering a more sustainable future. This is a high-impact role combining strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead retailer onboarding, engagement, and ongoing support across independent and national retailers;
- Manage escalations and resolve operational issues including in-store processes and equipment challenges;
- Use data insights, KPIs, and reporting to identify trends and drive continuous improvement;
- Oversee retailer systems, membership data, and ensure accuracy and compliance;
- Maintain SOPs, QMS documentation, and support audit readiness;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, tech, finance, compliance, and customer teams;
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in retail operations, customer service, compliance, or similar;
- Proven project management and delivery experience;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions;
- Experience managing stakeholders and influencing outcomes;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational setting;
- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external partners.
