Opportunity for Graduate IT Students across the whole of Ireland Temporary contract for Technical Support Tier 1/Technical Support level 1 Support basic customer issues such as solving usage problem

Opportunity for Graduate IT Students across the whole of Ireland

Temporary contract for Technical Support Tier 1/Technical Support level 1

Support basic customer issues such as solving usage problems and fulfilling service desk requests that need IT involvement.
Quickly resolving small or easy-to-manage issues
Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 4 weeks - possibility to extend

Contract length: 2 months

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: 21- 23 per hour
