An award-winning mobile software solutions provider for the social care sector is looking to hire a Regional Sales Executive for the Irish market.

Reporting to the Head of International Sales, the Regional Sales Executive role is a senior customer facing position and will require considerable flexibility. It is envisaged the successful candidate will be currently active in or experienced in the long-term social care sector and will have a network of senior contacts at local, regional and board level within care providers throughout Ireland.

The focus of the role is building new business in a region and you will be part of the International Sales Team and expected to work closely with a number of functions at central level to ensure success and effective communication of the regional requirements.

You will be supported by lead generation and marketing resources to supplement your own efforts and contacts.

The role:

Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and manage multi stakeholder relationships across the social care sector, private single care homes, groups, and the Public Sector bodies (HSE)
  • Achieve sales targets in line with the business plan
  • Plan and execute sales activities including lead generation and progression of sales opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstration
  • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments within the company to address key business issues and opportunities.
  • Secure detailed customer feedback to ensure development and understand key regional regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage existing contacts and knowledge of the sector to promote (MCM) system.
  • Attend Shows and exhibitions to promote the company.
  • Develop a knowledge of the Mobile Care Monitoring system and the current market position including that of key strategic competitors
  • Establish local territory requirements, understand, and prioritise them feeding into the regional product roadmap.
  • Undertake training and development deemed necessary for the pursuance of the post.
  • Comply with any reasonable requests which may be communicated by the company from time to time

Requirements:

  • Third level education
  • 2-3 years' experience of sales within the healthcare industry with a focus on the Social Care Sector
  • Ideally possess an established network of contacts within the Social Care Sector
  • Demonstrate an ability to achieve sales plans
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel throughout Ireland
  • Ability to demonstrate effective skills in the use of Microsoft® Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other related software
