A corporate organisation based in Little Island is currently seeking a Client Coordinator to join its Client Services Department. This role suits an experienced customer service or sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and building strong client and/or customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop client relationships, acting as the main point of contact from initial enquiry through to proposal completion

Coordinate with internal teams and external training providers to ensure services and courses meet client and industry needs

Support account managers where needed with customer retention

Assist with full cycle client onboarding for new clients in line with company SOP's

Prepare and manage proposals and quotations for clients on behalf of and in assistance to the Sales team in line with company guidelines

Contribute to operational improvements, General administration when required, internal training, and market intelligence organising for relevant departments
Candidate Profile

A qualification in Business, Office Administration, or a related field is desirable

Experience working in a fast-paced administrative, customer service, or client-facing role

Strong IT skills (CRM systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Sales or commercial experience is an advantage but not essential

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills

Strong team player with good organisational abilities
